Increase in allowance of central employees
Modi Government has increased the dearness allowance giving big gifts to central employees in the election season. As per the decision taken in the Union Cabinet, the dearness allowance of central employees has been increased from 9% to 12%. This increase will take effect from January 1, 2019.
