The popular messaging app Whatsapp comes with new features for its users. Now Whatsapp has come up with a new feature. This new feature of Whatsapp is called Picture In Picture Mode. This new feature will change the look of your video viewing on Whatsapp.
The advantage of this new feature will be that if you have any videos from outside, you will see that video without going out of Whatsapp. That means if you have a YouTube video on Whatsapp you can see it there.
This feature was updated by the company earlier for the Android Beta version and after several tasting it has now rolled out to all the users. The update is being rolled out through the Play Store, meaning users can update the app manually by going to the Play Store. This feature version is available at 2.18.380.
This feature will now work for hosted videos on platforms like Youtube, Instagram, and Streamable. When you share any video of this platform or you come to your video, you can play it in Picture In Picture mode.
Let's say that Picture In Picture Mode helps you navigate through chat while watching videos. You can easily switch from one to another chat while watching videos. Let's say that this mode is already available on the iOS platform.
